Suitable candidates will have a through knowledge and track record as an equity analyst on listed European Real Estate stocks, preferably a range (large/mid/small cap, different countries). This may come from working in real estate equity research, or from working as a stock picker on the buy side. You will have excellent financial modeling skills. You will be making real estate principle investment recommendations for the head of the team, with the emphasis upon alpha generation.
