A well-established Asset Management House is seeking Real Estate transactions experts to join its Principle Investments team.
Suitable candidates will ideally have experience working at analyst or associate level within a Private Equity team focusing on Real Estate. Alternatively, you will be working at a similar level in a Corporate Finance/ M&A team on Real Estate. You will have very strong financial modeling skills, and have worked on the Origination and Execution elements of deals. In this role you will be working directly alongside Real Estate Fund Managers on the origination, execution and modeling of large scale Pan-European Real Estate principle investments. This is an excellent opportunity for Real Estate experts to take their career to the next level, with excellent re-numeration on offer.
