A global Private Equity House is seeking senior-associate level candidates for a position in its Infrastructure team.
Suitable candidates will have a proven track record working in a transaction team (M&A, structured finance, leveraged finance, project finance) within an investment bank or hedge fund. Previous experience of Private Equity is useful but not essential. Your transaction based experience will have focused on Infrastructure, Utilities or Transport deals. You must have a hands-on knowledge of infrastructure (or closely related areas) transactions for this role. You must also have exceptionally strong financial modeling skills. You will be playing a pivotal role in large cap Private Equity Infrastructure deals.
