Reporting to the HR Director – Asia & Middle East, you will be required to provide visible and proactive operational HR support for the Region. Main responsibilities include managing HR matters including Employee Relations, Recruitment, T&D, HR policies and procedures, compensation & benefits and e-learning. Pivotal to your success will be your natural ability to understand operational changes and key business drivers, implementing a HR strategy and a range of initiatives that meet both employee and business needs.
As the ideal candidate, you will be required to have extensive experience with a blue-chip organisation with best working practice. You will have a thorough understanding of international HR practices and possess a strategic mindset along with a professional HR qualification.
