Our client is a leading multinational oilfield services company, is seeking to appoint a highly organised HR Representative Senior for their Jebel Ali based offices.
Salary Commensurate with experience
Reporting to the HR Manager, the role involves performing standard Human Resources support tasks, including assisting in the recruitment process, general administration, employee relations. You will also be responsible for issuing employment contracts and assisting with Arabic translations as and when required. The role also encompasses managing the payroll and HR databases and coordinating non-technical training courses in the UAE, Kuwait and Yemen.
Candidates must be a Degree holder with an HR qualification. (CIPD or equivalent preferred) with 4-5 years of HR generalist experience. Good command of both verbal and written Arabic and English skills is essential for this role. Suitable candidates must be self-motivated and able to work to stringent deadlines in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with MS office and Outlook is required for the role.
