Our client is a global network of professional services firms where outstanding professionals work together to deliver value. As a result of current expansion, they are seeking to recruit a Training Manager for their offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be required to contribute to the strategic planning of management development of the company through the delivery of a variety of training courses. This will involve performing training needs analysis, designing, developing and delivering interactive training to first line and middle management employees and measuring it’s effectiveness, rolling out training initiatives that is globally or regionally initiated, liaising with Management regarding the technical training and coordinating the same, implementing and maintaining a training calendar.
As the successful candidate, you must have at least 3-4 years sound experience as a Training Manager or in a Senior Training role, preferably from a professional environment. You must be extremely driven with a passion for training, and will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a lively enthusiasm to help people learn. Clear spoken and written English is essential, together with good PC skills and the ability to work within a multicultural environment.
