This boutique private equity fund requires a deal maker to join their European investment team. Specializing in distressed and special situations you will be responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing corporate investment deals with a pan European remit. Utilizing an already raised fund of circa $1billion you will be joined by a small team of highly regarded investment professionals who, as individuals, have an enviable track record. Currently the company employs 10 people sourcing a lot of its investment from US institutions and high net worths.
Based in London you will be responsible for screening investment opportunities across Europe working within different sectors.
You will ideally have an investment banking background and have worked in a generalist M&A/ corporate finance capacity or in a principal investment team for a recognized institution. You will have at least 6 years experience and have a 1st class education. You should also speak one other European language.
