Our client have a Global footprint and invest across the Real Estate space. They are a leader in investing in real estate through core / opportunity funds, as well as a new special situations fund focusing on debt and equity investment opportunities.
This key role will involve you working closely with the Country Heads to manage existing and new investor relationships.
You will be the key point for all investor requests Globally. Relevant candidates are likely to be in a similar role in a real estate private equity, hedge fund or alternative investment firm.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record in Capital Raising from institutional investors and also high net worth individuals.
A proven track record is essential for this appointment.
