A French speaking analyst is required to join this top tier real estate private equity firm who have recently raised significant capital. The appointment will be be based in London covering the European market.
Working alongside the principals looking at real estate investment across Europe, you will be required to undertake the relevant modeling and analytics on direct asset, debt and corporate level transactions.
Due to the flat structure within the firm you will have exposure to the full transaction lifecycle and be involved in the sourcing and origination of deals.
The fund already has substantial capital committed and is in a very strong position in order to take advantage of the European Real Estate market going into 2010.
You must have excellent excel skills and have experience of LBO underwriting combined with a 1st class (or equivalent) degree from a leading university. A minimum of 1 years (max 3 yrs) relevant M&A/ IBD (real estate preferred), Corporate Finance or real estate principal investment experience is necessary.
It is a prerequiste that applicants should speak English and French.
