Our client, a leading Investment Manager, is currently looking for a highly commercial Financial Controller, as part of the growth of their pan-European Real Estate business.
Working closely with the Head of Finance and Operations, the successful candidate will assist in the acquisition and management of real estate assets from a financial and operational perspective. They will also have the opportunity to contribute to and support the development and implementation of new investor products.
Managing a team, your broad remit would include transaction support, financial reporting and business development. Whilst being highly acquisitions focused, the role will require the successful candidate to take up and oversee a variety of operations.
It is essential that applicants have previous experience of UK and European Real Estate Fund structures and taxation, and have the ability to take a long term strategic view of the business.
