Leading boutique investment bank and broker seeks an Associate Director / Manager within their growing corporate finance team.
This burgeoning international group is experiencing strong UK and international deal flow, and requires a high-calibre Associate Director / Manager to lead a team on mergers and acquisitions (m&a) and UK Equity Capital Markets (ECM) work. This will involve supervising the modelling and valuation work of junior staff, advising clients on UK regulatory issues and the takeover code, and originating new business. The ideal candidate will therefore ideally be a Chartered Accountant (ACA / CA / equivalent) with experience from a leading accountancy firm, bank or boutique within UK corporate finance. As the role will be heavily client-facing excellent interpersonal skills and a personality that lends itself to origination are also prerequisites.
