My client occupies a niche space within commercial banking, lending to small businesses within the technology space. As part of their growth plans in the UK, they are looking to recruit a Head of Operations to help develop their entire back-office function.
The role will offer exceptional exposure across the organisation and as such they require an individual who is by nature entrepreneurial and self-starting. The business is still small in the UK, however with significant plans to grow and they are therefore looking for someone who has experience of, and enjoys the challenge of working within this type of environment. The successful candidate will have experience of Treasury, IT, accountancy and back office process development within a commercial lending or corporate banking environment.
