Our client, a leading bank, is seeking an Assistant Director and an Associate within their London based leveraged finance origination team.
You will be working directly with financial sponsors and corporates, and have responsibility for running big-ticket deals from origination and structuring through to execution,.
Successful candidates will have gained leveraged finance experience from a leading bank, and have excellent credit analysis and execution skills. An accounting qualification (ACA / CA / equivalent) would be looked upon favorably but is not essential.
